Four dinners--each crafted by celebrity chefs
and accompanied by an appropriate wine--take place
simultaneously at some of South Florida's most
well-known restautrants: The Loews Miami Beach
Hotel, where Emeril Lagasse (Emeril's, New Orleans)
will wow diners with his bold dishes and even
bolder personality, both served up with the wines
of Trinchero Family Estates; The Ritz-Carlton
Miami Beach, where masters Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu-Worldwide),
Julian Serrano (Picasso, Las Vegas), Norman Van
Aken (Norman's, Miami and Orlando), Scott Conant
(L'Impero, New York), and the Ritz-Carlton Chefs
will create magic with a little help from Beringer
Blass Wine Estates; Azul, where the renowned Ming
Tsai (Blue Ginger, Boston) along with Michele
Bernstein, will skillfully prepare the perfect
meal for pairing with Veuve Clicquot; and the
Biltmore Hotel, where the unbeatable combination
of Alain Ducasse (Alain Ducasse, Mix in New York,
New York), Eric Ripert (Le Bernardin, New York),
Philippe Ruiz (Palme d'Or Restaurant, Coral Gables),
Pascal Oudin (Pascals on Ponce), and Francois
Payard (Payard Patisserie & Bistro), New York)
will entertain palates as premium vintages of
Lanson Champagne flows. An added attraction, the
American Airlines Live Auction, a spirited affair
featuring wine lots, exotic trips and much, much
