Puerto Sagua "Best
Cuban Sandwiches "
Date: June 30, 2005
Reviewer: Miami Beach 411 User, Tucson, AZ
After hering so much about Cuban Sandwiches we were told by another
restaurant that Puerto Sagua had the Best. I took the whole family
and we ordered nothing buy Cuban Sandwiches. Everyone in my family
LOVED them. My daughter had a Vanilla Milkshake and found that to
be the best made authentic shake made with real milk ice and vanilla.
I have not found food this good anywhere else. Our server was very
polite, courteous, and helpful in every way. Best food I ever
ate.
Puerto Sagua "Very good for the price"

My wife and me stayed for a week in Miami. We were so lucky finding
this lovely place with its lovely people. Not only for the prices
(that's important when you're traveling)also for the waiters that
were so well in every point of view. The taste of the food was so
similar as we're acusttomed here in Spain. Our congratulations and
regards to all those people!!!
Puerto Sagua "Very good for the price"

It is a nice place to eat at a good price with hearty meals. My wife
and I genrally liked the place very much. However, we found the rice
and some foods overcooked consistently. In addition the restrooms
were not as clean as they should be which in general tells you something
about cleanliness of the kitchen.
Puerto Sagua "Best Cuban Food on the Beach"

Reviewer: Miami Beach 411 User, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
I used to eat here on every vacation to Florida, and then I moved
to Florida to be closer to this place! I've never had a bad meal at
Puerto Sagua, and I've had a variety of items: chicken, beef, pork,
liver, seafood. The paella is next on my list. The inside is rather
spartan, and the waitstaff could learn better English, but you can't
get better food one block from Ocean Drive for pennies. Be sure to
order an order of yucca con mojo if your dinner or lunch doesn't come
with it. It tastes like boiled potatoes with garlic sauce!
