Captain and host, Roger Istrou, is a seasoned professional sailor
with over 30 years of sea experience. Roger is a former French Merchant
Marine naval officer who speaks 6 languages and doubles as a Chef
Extraordinaire.
Your captain wil prepare gourmet specialties to your liking, whether
it be snacks, a 5-course romantic dinner, or lunch for the family.
