What you should know
A 443-acre
county park that will keep you cool with all the water activities
offered, including, a freshwater swimming beach, cable water skiing,
rental boats, and
an interactive children's playground. The cable water skiing is great
for wakeboarders; there are ramps and obstacles for tricks. The hours
are Tue - Sat 10am - 7pm, closed Mondays.
The park is suited to fit everyone's taste. Some fun things to do
at the park are fishing, skating at the skate park, biking, jogging,
playing on the playground, and sports equipment is available for rent
to get a great game of soccer, football, volleyball kickball, softball,
and Frisbee.
There are picnic pavilions, tables, and grills throughout the park.
The pavilions and large picnic area can handle groups between 42 and
400+ on a first-come, first-serve basis. Small, medium and large pavilions
are available for rent, with fees ranging from $30 to $510.
Quiet Waters Park Tickets: $1 per person on weekends and
holidays
Hours: Spring & Summer 8am - 7:30pm, Fall &
Winter 8am - 6pm
