The Related Group’s Oasis on the Bay, was honored at this year’s BEST awards with the Platinum award for “Best Overall Preconstruction Building”.

Presented by the Builders Association of South Florida, the BEST awards competition is recognized as the premiere accolade in the building industry statewide.

Oscar Rodriguez, Vice President of Development for The Related Group, is quoted as saying:

“We are honored to be recognized by BASF.Oasis on the Bay will include a state-of-the-art cinema with surround sound and stadium seating, as well as an ultra-modern health club with a “cardio-theatre” and lavish spa. Oasis on the Bay will also feature a breakfast bar, on-site restaurant and mini-market.”

The Related Group earned a total of 58 awards. Three of the awards were in special judges’ categories. Icon Brickell, another Related project, was a big winner, earning twelve awards; four Gold, six Platinum, one Silver, and one Special Judges’. Other award-winning projects include Moorings at Lantana, Oasis Fort Myers, Ocean Four, The Venture at Aventura, The Beach Club Tower 2, Lofts 2, and Apogee.
