Actor/Real Estate Developer George Clooney and The Related Group of Florida have teamed together to build Las Ramblas – a $3 billion luxury condominium, resort and casino complex in Las Vegas, NV. Located on the Harmon Corridor just east of the Las Vegas Strip, Las Ramblas will encompass more than 25 acres with 11 towers offering luxury condominium and condo-hotel residences, and bungalows

Inspired by its namesake, Las Ramblas in Barcelona, Spain, this 5-star resort will also have a day spa, fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, upscale shopping and a proposed casino.
