Our driver had to wait for us roughly an hour past our scheduled pick up time due to situations beyond our control. We kept in communication as my family worked their way through the huge lines on the ship and through customs.

I will use this service for sure the next time I require transportation in the Miami area. I will further post a comment on one of the cruise boards.

It’s been a week since we got back from our cruise on the Carnival Valor and I just remembered I wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful service. Both your sevice and the driver far excided my expectations. I use another service the last time we landed and sailed in and out of Miami MIA and was not so pleased.

So this time I was a little skeptical (ok a lot skeptical) considering we were going from FLL to Port of Miami and back to FLL a week later.
All 6 adults were very happy with the service, speed and easy of pick up and drop off.

I will be sure to highly recommend your services to anyone that asked but will also voluntarily recommend you to anyone that I hear is in need of transportation while in your area.
