Republican Attack Ad Features MiamiBeach411.com

When it comes to getting mentioned by the press, October was kind to us at MiamiBeach411. First, there was the Rolling Stone article where, Dexter, says we are his favorite website in Miami. Now, it comes to our attention that Matt Meltzer’s “Most Corrupt Public Servants” article is being quoted in an attack ad produced by the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC).

The first shot in the commercial uses the image from the article, sourcing MiamiBeach411.com and Miami Herald at the bottom of the screen. Not sure why they source the Hearld because the quote in the commercial is lifted word-for-word from Matt’s article.

And no, they did not ask our permission before running the ad.
