Google Profiles Announce It’s Your Birthday

Today is my 42nd birthday day. =)

I’m not very big on celebrations, so I purposely switched off the birthday notification in my Facebook account.

Well, wasn’t I surprised to wake up and find Google announcing my birthday to the world.

Is Google Just Buttering My Up, Or Do They Really Care?

Rumors are beginning to spread, Google will release a news feed on our Google profile pages that will compete with Facebook and Twitter.  However, competing will not be easy. The main obstacle Google must overcome is finding creative ways to get everyone to adopt their Google profile page, wishing us a happy birthday is a good start.
