Lincoln Road, Oct 31—Ghosts and goblins and other unknowns will make their annual procession on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road. The City and local merchants will be providing music, candy clowns and performers for children from 5pm - 7pm. From 8pm - 12:00 midnight, the activities will be more adult oriented and will include a costume contest at the Euclid Oval with prizes awarded at midnight. Police will close Pennsylvania and Meridian Avenues from Lincoln Lane North to Lincoln Lane South beginning at 6pm until 1am Miami Beach Cinematheque, Oct. 31—At 9:30pm the legendary film “Rocky Horror Picture Show” will screen at Cinematheque on Espanola Way. A complimentary prop bag will be provided at the door, including your very own toast. Shelley has prizes for costumes, so come dressed to kill. Southland Mall Halloween Party, Oct. 31—From 4pm - 6pm there will be trick or treating throughout the mall, so come in costume and bring a bag to haul around all the treats. Ages 12 and under. Free.
