Human Head Used For Voodoo Found at the AirportRemember that body parts contest i entered, last week? Would you believe, they arrested a Haitian women at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport carrying a human head. I thought i won the contest, but Rick says “no” in the comments section of his post “That’s A Man, Baby!”. He feels the contest was motivated by the recent surge of body parts found “floating” in the waters off of South Florida. If the rules say “floating” i am clearly not the winner. The head in question was neither wet nor floating. The head was actually dried out and being used for voodoo rituals. Customs officials found the head inside a bag with vegetables, leaves, a nail and some stones. The medical examiner said the head was a man’s who probably died within the last year. It appears the head was dug up from a grave. So, did i win the SotP Bits ‘O Bodies Bonanzaâ„¢? Rick has been nice enough to open it up for discussion on his site. You can comment there or here, but I think you will need a Blogger account to comment there.

I think you deserve some sort of prognosticational props, Gus. Who would have thought, a real dried out human head?! Maybe if she hadn’t been caught, she would have made it to the beach and given you a proper victory. Personally, I am strongly in favor of a wet head / dry head policy.
