Hogan Knows Best is Moving to Miami Beach

The Beverly Hillbillies: Linda, Hulk and Brooke

TV and Wrestling star Hulk Hogan has purchased a 17,000 square foot mansion in Miami Beach, and will begin shooting the next season of his VH1 show “Hogan Knows Best” at the house next week.

The $12 million dollar bayfront estate sits on almost an acre of land at 2900 North Bay Road.

From MiamiHerald:

“The gated entry has a courtyard with reflecting pool and floating keystone pathway to step across the water, according to Todd Michael Glaser and Alan Lieberman, who developed the property. The House has nine bedrooms, living room with elliptical floating staircase, swimming pool with cabana, and five-car garage. A room with a 20-foot-ceiling, designed as a racquetball court, may become a bedroom for Nick, an aspiring race car driver.

“We fell in love with the place, Hogan says. ‘‘I’m dead serious about living there.’’ The family will start moving in next week. We’ll head toward Miami like the Beverly Hillbillies.’‘

I am sure Hulk Hogan and his family will be welcomed with open arms, but they may wish to consult Michelle’s “What to know before moving to Miami” post before moving.

Whether or not the Hogans paid too much for their house here, they’re leaving behind a $5 million dollar French chateau in Los Angeles (with Heather Locklear and Denise Richards for neighbors) for a $12 million dollar Miami bayfront estate. I wonder if they know real estate values are in decline.

On a somewhat related note, today Miamity did a piledriver into a freakish Club Space kid.

Hulk, you would’ve been impressed…brother!

Hulk is a baller. The Herald article says:

“His home in L.A. is on the market for $5.9 million. ‘‘It’s right between Heather Locklear and Denise Richards.’’ He has a Vegas penthouse, too.”
