I’m Bored, What’s There to Do? (8/15 - 8/31)

In addition to the ongoing theater performances and weekly parties and happy hours, there are plenty of great concerts coming up…

The Mystery of Irma Vep, Seussical, and the South Florida Shakespeare Festival featuring “The Winter’s Tale” and “Much Ado About Nothing” continue at the theater through the month.  How about a Thursday night party at Funkshion or a Friday night party at Spy Lounge? Also continuing through the end of the month is Miami Spice Restaurant Month, Marlins home baseball games, and Censored Cinema at the Wolfsonian on August 17, August 24 and August 31. (Update: Censored Cinema’s August 31 film has been rescheduled for September 7).

And here’s who’s going to be live in concert: Poison, Cinderella and Endever After on August 20; Mary J. Blige with Jaheim and LeToya on August 25; 311, The Wailers and Pepper on August 29; and Counting Crows and Goo Goo Dolls with Eliot Morris August 31.
