I’m Bored, What’s There To Do? (MGLFF & Charity Weekend)

That’s right, it’s that time again…The MGLFF is back with films all over the city for the next week. The opening night gala is at the Gusman Center on Friday (4/25) with an after party at Jungle Island.

Charitable events going on around town include the S.P.O.R.T. Golf Classic, the Cosby Garage Sale at The Forge, 2008 Driven to Dine which begins at Don Shula’s home and ends at an undisclosed location, and a Divine Evening Gala at Williams Island benefiting Arts at St Johns.

Other things to do? This is the last weekend for Dinner in Paradise if you have yet to enjoy one of these dinners. Take the kids to the Heart of a Chef Festival at Jungle Island or see Arthur Live! onstage at the BankUnited Center.

There are plenty more shows to see onstage this weekend: Bon Jovi and Daughtry at the BankAtlantic Center for starters. Then there’s also La bohème, Twelve Angry Men with Richard Thomas, Forbidden Broadway with the New York cast, Julius Caesar, Bermuda Avenue Triangle at the Parker Playhouse, and The Accomplices at GableStage.
