I’m Bored, What’s There To Do? (Project Hip Hop)

Miami’s annual Project Hip Hop events take place this weekend around the city and there’s plenty more to do.

As I mentioned last week, STOMP is at the Carnival Center through Sunday.

On Thursday (9/27) a new exhibit opens at the Historical Museum of South Florida, Rob Storter: Art of the Everglades will be open through January 2008. Strung Out is at Studio A.

Friday (9/28) you can find Elmo and the Sesame Street gang at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts (through Sunday), The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Dinner at Azul, and The Slackers at Studio A.

The party scene heats up on Saturday (9/29) with the GenX All Inclusive J’ouvert at Bayside Hut, and Nimencia playing the RAG Magazine Rock Party at The Office.

It wouldn’t be fall without football!!! The Oakland Raiders are in Miami to play the Dolphins on Sunday (9/30) at 1pm. Howie Mandel will be at Hard Rock Live that night.
