Miami Airport Robbery $150,000 Reward
If you can help the FBI find the robbers who pulled off the $7.4 million robbery, there’s 150 Grand for you. Here is how the crime unfolded: a large amount of cash, destined for a U.S. Federal Reserve depository in Miami, was on board a Lufthansa Airlines flight from Frankfurt, Germany. The shipment was being handled by an armored transport company. The flight landed, and the sealed containers of cash cleared U.S. Customs. The containers were taken to an airport warehouse near Northwest 18th Street, and the bags of money were loaded onto a pallet. At 3:10pm, a dark-colored pick-up truck entered the loading bay of the warehouse. Two armed men in ‘wearing bandannas over their faces jumped out and announced the robbery. The armed men ordered everyone to the floor in English, then repeated the orders in American-accented Spanish. The men grabbed the bags of money and fled. The FBI has announced a $150,000 reward for anyone with information regarding the theft that took place on November 6. If you have information about the multimillion-dollar heist, you are asked to call the FBI at (305) 944-9101. Via: nbc6
