Miami Hotels Are Too Expensive

Perhaps the reason why foreign tourism is slowing down is because Miami hotels are too darn expensive.

Today, I called the Conrad hotel to check room rates during Superbowl 2007, and they want $799 per night. That’s ridiculous.

Update: The Conrad is a deal. Delano and Shore Club quoted me rates of $1,200 a night with a 7-night minimum.
