Nicky Hilton Unveils Her Miami Hotel With No Help From Mom and Dad

Hotel heiress Nicky Hilton is bringing the family business to Miami Beach. She plans to renovate the Breakwater on Ocean Drive and open the Nicky O Condo Hotel later this year. The “O” is short for her middle name, Olivia.

The 94-room condo-hotel is rumored to have an entertainment news ticker in the elevators, a signature scent and rooms deigned by her famous friends.

Although Nicky comes from a family with an expertise in running hotels, she isn’t asking mom and dad to fund her Miami venture.

She is confident her Miami hotel project will be a huge success on her own and plans to follow up with a second property in Chicago’s Printerâ€™s Row.
