P.F. Chang’s Pei Wei Restaurant Opens in Weston

For those of you who love P.F. Chang’s, but avoid the restaurant because of the high prices and long wait, you’re in for a big treat. A scaled down version called Pei Wei (pronounced Pay Way) has opened in Weston.

I haven’t been yet, but if it’s like the Pei Wei restaurants on the West Coast, here is what to expect: when you enter, large menu boards are visible, and you place your order with a cashier. You pay in advance, and are given the number for your order and beverage glasses. You get your own drinks, choose a table, and wait for your food to arrive.

I’m so excited about this restaurant opening, the first person who submits a review will receive a free Miami Visitor Pass.

Hop on over to Weston and check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Hey Gus I have to head over to Weston Volvo on Thursday to get my car serviced so I will surely stop by and check Pai Wei out. They way that you describe the resturant has me kinda guessing on the quality and the experience but I will surely give it a shot and let you know how it is. Take care ya’ll.

I suggest the Kung Pao Chicken and their version of a chinese chicken salad (I can’t remember the name).

Great little restaurant in the south end of Weston. Take out and Sit down are available. Iâ€™ve had the blazing noodles, teriyaki chicken bowl and the Japanese Udon noodles. All dishes were great. Big thumbs up on the teriyaki chicken. Definitely recommend.
