Real Estate Developer Wrestles Man Eating Alligator
South Florida real estate tycoon, Ronald Bergeron, tried to do his best Crocodile Dundee impression when he came across an 8-foot alligator while giving guests a tour of his private nature preserve. Unfortunately for Mr.Bergeron, the alligator had not seen the movie. From NBC6:
Thankfully, witnesses came to his aid, pulling the alligators tail, forcing it to let go. Bergeron was taken to a hospital in Weston with broken fingers and several puncture wounds on his hand. That won’t slow Mr. Bergeron down though. When he’s not fighting alligators and roping cattle, he runs multiple Florida businesses including Bergeron Land Development, the largest road contracting and site development business in the state; Bergeron Sand Rock and Mining, which produces materials for development companies; and Bergeron Properties, a real estate company that develops housing communities, shopping centers and industrial parks.
