Miami Beach 411 Welcomes Suzy Newhouse

It’s with great pleasure that I introduce our newest Miami Beach 411 team member, the incredibly talented Suzy Newhouse. Suzy’s tenure at Miami Beach 411 has only been a few weeks, but she’s already a valuable addition to our team - assisting customers with planning trips and answering questions on our forum.

Suzy’s first major contribution to the Miami Beach 411 website will be an article on Florida Cruising; an area in which she has a tremendous amount of talent and experience. Suzy was previously employed by Royal Caribbean International as both a Customer Service Agent and a Celebrity Groups Partner Advocate during her tenure.

Look for Suzy to be contributing to blog entries to the site within the next 2-3 weeks.

Suzy was born and raised in Miami, and studied journalism at UF. In her spare time, she likes to ride her bicycle with her 4 year-old son Nicolas, visit local parks and museums, and take LOTS of pictures for her son’s scrapbook.
