[Video] Iggy Pop Says “Join The Stooges” On Stage - Rare FootageABOVE: Watch The Stooges perform “Real Cool Time” and “No Fun” for a wild audience in Miami Beach. Upload video to iPod, PSP. Last week, Iggy Pop and The Stooges held a free concert on the beach to kick off Art Basel. The show was f***ing incredible! From the moment the band walked on stage, Iggy and his 4 band mates had the crowd in a frenzy. The concert lasted over an hour. For the entire show, Iggy was relentless, going peddle to the metal, never letting up one bit. A writer at MiamiNights.com tried to be funny by dissing the band before the show, saying:
After watching the video, was MiamiNights description accurate? Do the words, “relic” and “relevant” convey Iggy’s showmanship? What words would you use to describe The Stooges performance? This is a punk rock post. If you need to use swear words to convey how the music makes you feel, by all means, express yourself. UPDATE: Watch the full concert here!

Yea, everyone wanted to party with gramps. When are people going to let relic bands die off peacefully. I stand by my statement 100%.
