I just went to Nexxt Cafe today for the first time (the one in Coral Gables) and it was so well lit and spacious and the staff was sooo friendly from the moment I walked in. I ordered the Caribbean lobster sandwich and almost died because something in there was sooo spicy. But the staff was sooo friendly and attentive they all came by to help me. Finally I had some milk and it calmed the burn. They replaced that sandwich with another one I picked from the menu and they gave me complimentary fries. The customer service is just too amazing. And it was the best chicken salad sandwich ever. I would steer clear of the lobster sandwich but other than that it was a superb experience. I plan to go back over and over again. The menu is sooo vast that I will never get bored here. Its really nice to see friendly people who seem to enjoy their jobs. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
