I recently took my girlfriend to The Forge for her birthday dinner and, this being my first time to The Forge, I did not know what to expect. We arrived and as soon as we got in the door people were greeting us and welcoming us, and when we sat down our captain, Wilson, came over and was the most pleasant person in the world to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the dishes, knew everything by heart and offered me the wine list and even offered to select something for me. Whenever I had a question about something, a person was always there to help. The atmosphere was stunning, and I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Our captain even arranged a tour of the wine cellar for us while we waited for our meals to come! The food was divine! I have never in my life had such wonderful food! The presentation was magnificent, everything was perfect! It made my girlfriend’s birthday one to remember! Thank you so much!
