Beach House: An experience at the Beach House  

What an experience…The Beach House Hotel Lobby was clean and had a nice comfortable vibe to it.  The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.  During the check in process, I was a bit surprised that they wanted $150 upfront for a security deposit. Don’t get me wrong, $150 isn’t a lot of money, however I wish the hotel would have warned me about this procedure so I would’ve been a little more prepared.  As I arrived to the room on the 3rd floor, the room was a good size, however the bathroom was extremely small. The shower pressure well, what shower pressure…it felt as if someone just sprinkled it on you.  Anyway the television only showed about 8 - 9 channels.  At one point, the electricity went out when I plugged in my curling iron.  Hotel staff was very helpful and addressed the manner ASAP.  They gave us another room, and apologized for the inconveniece.  Overall, this hotel is a nice, clean and quiet hotel.  If you are not going to be in the hotel all the time then you have nothing to worry about as far as the channels.  Location…not the best; it’s away from the main attraction of South Beach.
