Cavalier Hotel: Avoid the Catalina - Take 2

Dirty floors, dirty towels, no extra toilet paper, stains on the bed, AC not working well. Luckily, Orbitz called the hotel and allowed us to cancel the remaining nights at the hotel.
Cavalier Hotel is located at 1320 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach, FL 33139.
