I visit South Beach several times a year and during this last visit heard of Santo. I was a bit hesitant to break my routine as I always visit the same tried and true great restaurants, but as I was walking down Lincoln Road in the afternoon, I peaked in and was drawn by the creativity of the design and the modern furnishings that still felt COMFORTABLE! I took my wife for dinner that Tuesday and what an amazing meal. Service was great, food was good but what stood out most was the incredible attention to detail in the presentation, each plate looked like a work of art. The crowd was beautiful, everywhere I looked there were lovely young ladies and gentleman and some not so young but very well put together. The bar atmosphere at the end of the restaurant was excellent yet not intrusive on our meal, there was great music going on and I have to say the entire experience and ambiance were very impressive, it wasn’t stuffy or pretentious. I also found out there was a club there that was rumored to be the best place on South Beach on a Tuesday night, however we didn’t make it that night. This is definitely going on my best of Miami list and guys get my table ready, I’m going to check out your club next time I’m down!
Santo Restaurant is located at 430 Lincoln Rd., Miami Beach FL, 33139.
