Blue Condo: Blue Condo ups and downs

Blue Condo has many ups and downs. I’ll start with the positive. This condo offers amenities, views, floor to ceiling glass, and a high end finish for prices that are lower than any comparable building in Miami Beach or the Downtown Miami area.
The negatives - Blue Condo is right on 195 and the road noise is terrible in most units. Note: many original buyers have been forced to wait 1 year for the amenities to be completed (some still have yet to be) this has created much angst and you can feel it when you walk into the building. Once completed however, I think Blue is a good value as it is priced lower than the comparables.
