DO NOT buy from Hyperion Development—these guys, Jim Clark & Tom Jermolick, are old high tech guys from Silicon Valley days and have LOTS of money—but they do not finish their projects and are VERY unprofessional & unethical developers!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
