During the last day of our honeymoon in America, we had to stay a day and night in Miami because of our flight schedule back to Amsterdam. We liked Miami and we will come back, but unfortunately never ever to the Cavalier hotel. After a long plane flight we arrived there, but the staff was so unfriendly, totally uninterested, and the service was so poor! I heard that the hotel was renovated, well I think they missed our room. It looked like a very cheap hotel and the toilet didn’t work. I asked myself why the staff of the hotel, work in a hotel were they have to deal with customers who pay a lot of money when you look at the price-quality, showing no service, no good manors etc. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel!!
