Chesterfield" title="Chesterfield Hotel">Chesterfield Hotel: Charged for room we did not get  

We booked a suite direct on the Chesterfield’s own web site & confirmed with management two weeks before arriving that we had a suite reserved. Reservation had to be prepaid, we had to fax our drivers license and credit card to insure we would have a room. Upon arrival they gave us the smallest room they had in the hotel and would not refund the differnece between the standard room and the suite. We had tried to contact management & owners but they avoided us. Be careful we feel they do the old bait and switch scam, they blantanly riped us off as we paid for something we did not get.
