I cannot tell you how utterly disappointed we were with The Deauville Beach Resort!!! I am accustomed to taking showers with HOT water. Our room had ants. I had maintenance come work on the “hot” water at 10:45pm - to no avail I might add. There wasn’t ever enough hot water to wash your face let alone anything else!! I spoke with the manager and his response was, “I don’t have anywhere else I can move you - you’ll just have to stay in that room” We had booked this for the boat show, so needless to say, we were STUCK with that room! If it wasn’t pre-paid, I would have protested the entire bill. We didn’t have a car but were charged for parking and were charged an additional resort fee - FOR WHAT?!?!
