Shelborne Hotel: Disastrous, Disgusting, Disturbing  

We stayed here for one night only- and I really regret it! For $400 a night, we received the quality of a Super 8 Motel! The concierge was terrible, it was a small hotel but they still were unaware of which visitors were truly guests, therefore “security” could not keep huge groups of kids from running around the hotel drunk at 3 in the morning while screaming and laughing. When we went into our bathroom, there was URINE in the drinking glasses. However, the most HORRIBLE part of the whole thing was the disappearance of my $600 gown I had worn the night before. When I went back to retrieve it, the maid claimed she couldn’t speak English and that she had never seen the gown, but she was the only person who HAD ACCESS to our room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS HELLHOLE.
