We have stayed at many of the Disney hotels. The concierge level rooms are sometimes a great help with kids - the concierge lounge is open many hours and the kids (and adults) can grab snacks, beverages etc. The Beach club concierge level is very small for the entire floor to use. It is about 15x20. The staff working the room tend to hide out of view quite a bit, so if you need something, you kind of have to grab one of them. Otherwise, a very nice stay.
