OLA Condos: Do not waste your money  

I suggest you do not purchase from OLA Condo’s. They do shady work, and the area is not safe. I used to live there and since January had my apartment broken into 3 times. The staff was not accommodating and did not respond to my requests for additional locks or to have my locks replaced. I was told to “call a locksmith”. I had several maintenance issues, which were just patched up to make the apartments look pretty for sale. I was offered to purchase my apartment, but would NEVER buy from OLA Condominiums. Ask the current residents- they feel the same way that I do.
