Restaurants stated policy is a $25 corkage charge on any wine that they don’t have same vintage as, with no limit on number of bottles brought. Paolo, the manager then implies customer “lied ” about verifying vintages (even though we did call; had wine menu faxed, and they did not have this vintage). Management refused to open this bottle claiming “we want you to buy OUR wine!!!” Nice way to treat your customers. Some restaurants actually appreciate the business. Will say food was very good.
