Very disappointed with this place! There are just too many choices of restaurants now. Why spend money somewhere that has NO customer service and doesn’t really care about their customers? Can’t even honor their own coupons, certificates, etc. What kind of business is this? Although I am extremely bitter with this place and would not go back there ever again, in all honesty the food is just ok and it is a little overpriced! Go to Anthony’s Coal Fire down the road—-much better service, value and the pizza is much, much better!!!!

Hi guys my name is Juan I live in palatine Illinois so last week(July 29) I went down to visit my family there in Miami and I decided to have a drink with my brother in law to Miccosukee Casino I just got the bar(Cypress Lounge) order a couple of drink, I gave my credit card to (if you can call her a bartender) and she told me that I have to pay cash so I was, what. I do not have any cash just open an account with my credit card so she was I can not do it her name was irtha or something like that, she call the manager or security (Whatever was, Besides So they need to learned how speak English to be a manager in place like that) you know what they said that I need to ask first if the accept credit card in a casino (Wrong)
The do not know anything about restaurant service the bar is call cypress lounge.
