Gold's Gym: Exciting gym in Florida  

I have been down here in Miami Beach for 7 years now and worked out at just about every gym in South Florida without exception.  Gold’s South Beach is probably the most upscale Gold’s in the United States, with state of the art high tech training equipment, 11 brands of different machines, the newest cardio with LCD screens, current and upbeat music and more than 50 group fitness classes.  One of the more important items you never see on the beach is found here - CLEAN and FRIENDLY staff and beautiful brand new locker rooms.
