11th Street Diner: Fading fast

While it used to THE place to be, The Diner, its physical plant and its food have suffered. And that staff! All the fun gays seemed to have been replaced with thugs. That’s appetizing!

11th Street Diner is located at 1065 Washington Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Sounds to me like you’re prejudiced. What’s your beef? What is your definition of a ‘thug’? Unless the waiter STOLE something from you, I’d bet you’re basing your definition on skin color. Are you also implying that all heterosexual people are responsible for the demise of your nostalgic image of “The Diner”? Next time write a more helpful/detailed/open-minded review, even though we can see straight through this one.

I will say it is fading fast.I have been going there for years and most of the friendly staff isn’t there anymore but there are some good people left like Sammy.Service is only super if Sammy waits on you.

The food isn’t as good as years ago so I am looking for another place as much as much as I hate to give it it.

Since it is the ONLY DINER around in that area you would think they would go out of their way to make it the BEST DINER around but they don’t.I think they really need a new owner who really cares.

I don’t see any thugs in there like the previous person wrote.
