Monty's : Good employees, Bad management

Horrible experience because of the management. The employees work hard but the management is rude and treats the employees with such disrespect that they should all leave and find other employment. The main manager talks down to the employees and in a busy atmosphere this should not be tolerated by the owner and if he does know that she is doing it than he is not much better in my book.
Monty's is located at 300 Alton Rd., Miami Beach.
