Aladdin Smoke Shop: Great products, lousy customer service

This Smoke Shop offers a large variety, great products, but has very poor customer service. One kid is clueless about the products he sells and the other one has a punk gang banger attitude. I purchased a Smoke51 Starter Kit. Not cheep, even with a discount. I discovered it had been used and defective. It never should have been sold to any one! The young clerk was very rude when I tried to return it for a refund or exchange. After two attempts to resolve this used damaged product the manager finally got involved, all was resolved. I found the manager to be very kind, understanding and generous. Your business is only as good as your employees. In this case….. Find some new employees!
