Usage and Conditions of Serivice
We welcome your participation at Miami Beach 411.
Our goal is to provide members a forum to share and gain knowledge
about the City.
All entries are moderated; however, this dialogue is a cooperative
endeavor. To maintain an environment conducive to quality, please
agree to the following guidelines before using this system:
By using this messaging system, you agree to abide by the following
simple common sense rules:
- You certify that you are 13 years of age or over. All those
individuals under 13 years of age will need a full release
form from their parents before posting any messages. This
is in compliance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection
Act of 2000 (COPPA).
- Screen names that we feel are inflammatory, or promotional
will be removed.
- All posts are moderated for foul language and commercialized
promotional posts.
- Please don't drop promotional urls. Commercialized posts
will be edited.
- Be descriptive and specific in your entries. This way your
opinion and point is clearly understood and referenced. Remember,
people from all over the world read here with english as a
second language.
- Because your posting may be more pertinent to another on
going discussion, or it might spawn its own thread, it may
be moved as Miami Beach 411 sees fit.
- This content management system is not a venue for personal
or private vendetta's. We put the system online to foster
communication between members and local businesses. If you
post a message, and the merchant comments on your post, please
be open for discussion.
- Always be respectful of other users. We put the system online
in good faith, please use it in good faith.
- Please keep your language clean and decent. This includes
personal inflammatory language as well as obscenities.
- Please stay within the topic of the message you are commenting
in, and within any topic that another poster may have started.
- You agree not to hold Miami Beach 411 or its members liable
for anything stated within the forums.
- Signing up a user name that is a obvious domain name or
product name not belonging to you will be removed. This is
out of unfair promotion considerations as well as trademark
implications.
- Please treat others the way you wish to be treated. One
way to guard against misunderstandings is to read over your
response before you post it. Flaming or personal attacks are
not allowed or tolerated. Should anyone use inappropriate
language, start a personal attack, or engage in hate speech,
they will be barred from all further discussions.
- You are responsible for your own posts and agree not to
hold Miami Beach 411 Corporation (miamibeach411.com) liable
for any messages posted.
- All trademarks and copyrights held by respective owners.
Member comments are owned by the poster.
- You will not copy and retransmit any information out of
these forums without first getting the permission of the original
author of the message and a MiamiBeach411.com administrator.
- Outrageous claims, flames, and calls to action against any
company or person will be removed.
- Messages posted at this site are the sole opinion and responsibility
of the poster.
- When a message or comment is placed in any forum system,
