We have stayed at the Movies two times and have never had a problem. Last time we went we stayed at the Caribbean Beach Hotel and were so very disappointed. The food court at the Movies offers much more and is larger and the rooms are so cute. They are small but for a family of three or four it works and you’re not usually in the room all day because you’re out at the parks. I am surprised to hear people thought it was dirty. We were in a very clean hotel and the service was great at the Movies; however, since our last visit ownership has transferred so after we go again, which will be soon, I will update this site. Overall our experience was really wonderful and felt the price was great especially after experiencing several other Disney resorts. We felt relaxed the most and had more fun with our daughter at the Movies that now we can’t imagine another Disney vacation in any other hotel.
