Horrible return policy, even after we changed our mind 3 minutes later! I bought an $18 necklace, left the store and within 3 minutes my daughter said that the necklace was loose and would have fallen off. We went back in but they would only give us a store credit. The store has a posted policy for exchanges only, no returns. I hate this, they have my $ and I am forced to get something else. Rude, rude rude about it too. I feel like they just took $18 out of my pocket.
