As a South Beach resident I get to experience all food venues. Some are good for a while but then get lazy. Generally, the food is pretty good. The best of the best is Hosteria Romana. They have fresh pasta and all imported cheeses. The staff is very lively and friendly. They sing and play instruments when the mood strikes them. Although the atmosphere is great, the food is truly the best on the beach.
