Hotel accommodation OK—mostly clean. Noise factor high, but not as bad as anticipated! The Bar, with is happy hour “free” drinks special is a scam! Drinks are free—but you must tip ($2-3 per drink) the bartender in order to get waited on again, but they are woefully small, and with 30+ people lining the bar and only one bartender, you may get 2-3 watered down drinks during the hour. At other times, drinks are poorly made at $10 or more a pop. Better off heading around the corner to get better drinks at same price.
