We arrived 8/17/07 and, from the moment we arrived, it was very confusing. We normally stay at hotels with charm and beauty. Our luggage was lost, wrong rooms, dead plant, mold and algae around the pool area. It was amazing to see the employees and how they argue back and forth with each other. The rooms are not as the pose on the internet. Old, tired and in need of HELP!!
