Disney All Star Sports : It’s a small world after all

This is a low end hotel. The regular rooms are just unbelievably very small, tiny tv, wall plug for hair dryer and iron wouldn’t work, small bathroom, 2 chairs and a small table that wouldn’t cost 10.00 in a thrift shop. Long waits to check in and mistakes in doing so and all this at just $99 per night. I told some of my friends and they stayed “off” Disney property and they got a suite [compared to mine] for $59 per night.

Disney All Star Sports is located at 1701 W Buena Vista Dr., Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.

Sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your stay at the All Star Resort. My family and I have stayed at Disney’s All Star Movies, and we all enjoyed our stay.

Yes, there are hotel deals to be found when you stay off Disney property, but then again, you don’t get to experience that special Disney level of service.

Can you tell us where your friends stayed?

I just got back from staying at teh Disney Animal Kingdom Resort, and that place is awesome! But expect to pay $200+ a night.

We loved the All Star Movies hotel. Sure, the rooms are really tiny for a family of four, but all we did in the room was sleep. We were pretty much out the door soon after waking each morning, and out all day. The kids LOVED the ENORMOUS disney character statues, and found the themed pool fun.

We arrived after midnight, and were so glad that our tired children could sit in the small theater and watch disney cartoons while we checked in.
