Prime 112: Its all hype  

I was hoping for an unforgettable night.  Luckily I won’t forget how bad the service was. Like most others, I had made a reservation a week in advance.  Called ahead to confirm the reservation.  Arrived and was told 10 minutes, 10 minutes became 20, and eventually was sat an hour later than the reservation was made for.  We were sat only after complaining 4-5 times.  After of course we were never apologized to.  At any other restaurant where they value your patronage we would have been given a consolatory app on the house or maybe an apology from the manager.  Well here the manager does not have time for you…  Inside you can barely move, the place is filled with 40 somethings pretending to be 20 somethings.  Just like those there the food was pretending to be of 5 star quality when you can get a better steak at Baires on 6th and Washington.  I spent $88 on a steak and asked for medium rare and it came out well done…. foolish.  I recommend going here if you are the type of person that likes to say “I went to Prime 112 last night”, because that’s the only good thing about that restaurant.  Please do not waste your time at Prime 112.
