Barton G: Lack of Quality, Service and Intelligence  

This dining experience was horrid.  My friends and I waited for our appetizers for an hour before the manager came to our table to tell us they had run out.  The food-poor quality. The space is beautiful, but the service is disgusting.

The Manager messed up with the credit card machine.  She wiped out my account with an accidental charge.  I was stuck in Miami without any access to my funds.  It was horrible.

She also did the same thing to a gentleman at a table behind me.  She wiped him out for a $900 charge.

The Management team was unapologetic and cavalier about their lack of quality and about their mistakes.

Overall - the food was poor, the service was worse, and 4 hours of my time was wasted.  We lost our reservation at the club and were aggravated.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where the food is delicious and your business is appreciated.
